Up for bid is a Brand new for 2009 Jim Shore for Longaberger Starburst Angel. This is just as beautiful as the Horizon of Hope Angel and the same size in the starburst pattern for the upcoming summer festivities.

I recycle packing materials from the packages I recieve from Longaberger and other sellers on ebay that I purchase from. If you are not comfortable with this please let me know and I will use all new packaging for you. I received a negative feedback because the customer said the item smelled like smoke. It turned out that it was the recycled packing materials (bubble wrap) that smelled like smoke but once feedback is left it is there forever.

I always email the winning bidder of my auctions when payment is recieved about the day of shipping and any other information that is needed. If you do not get an email from me please let me know because some of my messages are not going through when I send them and I want you to have the information that I send. There is always a tracking number for your package that you receive through an ebay/paypal email when the shipping label is printed. I have been having problems with tracking showing up online after I have shipped packages and this is because the post office is not scanning in the packages before putting them on the plane to ship out of town. When this happens the tracking does not show up until the package is delivered and scanned in then. I have complained to the post office about this but it has not helped so far so I just want you to be aware of the tracking issue.

Lastly, please before you bid know that I live in Alaska so it can at times take a day or two extra for your package to get to you. It used to be much quicker but with the fuel price issues there are not as many planes flying out of Fairbanks as there was a year ago so parcels are put on the planes in the order they are recieved. Please keep these things in mind when leaving shipping time feedback for me. If you are purchasing something you need on/by a certain date please be aware that you need to allow at least one week for priority shipping and 10 days for first class shipping from Alaska.

Insurance is optional, but encouraged. I pack very well but and have never had any complaints of anything broken in shipment but for one time in the past year I have been selling, but in the past month I have had 3 items I had shipped returned to me by my mailman looking like they had been run over by a truck (and probably had).I also know that for protection of your investment insurance is the only way to get your money back if something does get damaged during shipment. You can then go to the post office and they will reimburse you for the damage. As I said before, I pack very well to prevent damage but if the Post Office drops something weighing a ton on top of your package all the bubble wrap and paper in the world will not prevent what is in the box from damage. Enough said, I do go on I know, but please consider insurance. It is $1.70 for every $50 of value in the package.

Shipping Discounts- At least a $2 discount on each additional item purchased from me in a 7 day period, sometimes more depending on the total weight and size of box required. Payment is expected at the end of your last bid within that 7 days.

I am putting a shipping calculator on my clothing listings and hopefully that will give you a better idea of exact cost to your zip code. I have ordered some poly bags for shipping clothing as they are very lightweight and will save on shipping. If you buy multiple clothing items please let me know when you are finished so I can weigh everything together and get an accurate weight for shipping.

I try to charge shipping as closely as I can with my past experience of weight of the items and size of box required.I do not charge anything for handling or packing materials. If you purchase several things from me, I pack them together to try to save as much on shipping as possible. If you want a combined shipping invoice please let me know when you are finished shopping and I can get everything packed and weighed and then charge only exact shipping for you.

I am an honest seller and I do my very best to describe my items as I see them and to the best of my ability but as I am human I can make mistakes or miss something just as everyone can. If you receive something from me and feel I have not described it correctly or have made an error in the listing please let me know right away and we will work it out. I really appreciate the buyers of my items and want to maintain a good relationship with all. As the customer you are entitled to get what you pay for and if you feel you are not I will do my very best to make it right for you.

Non smoking home but I do have dogs so if you are sensitive to animals or are allergic please keep this in mind as you bid. There is always a chance a stray hound hair can end up clinging to something I send you.
