First of all thank you for looking at my auction. I know there are loads of choices out there for you. This auction is for a Tomato Travel mug 16oz, new in box. Thanks for looking and please let me know if you have questions. Please read this entire listing before you bid. Postal rates have increase yet again as of Jan 2010. Now for one pound it is $5.55 instead of $4.90, 2 pounds $9.55 instead of $8.30, Medium Flat Rate Box $10.70, etc. So please understand that we sellers cannot control the shipping prices. So when leaving shipping feedback if in doubt of my honesty about your shipping charges please go to the USPS website and look at the shipping rates by weight from my zip which is 99709 to your zip and you will see that I have not overcharged you in shipping. Please also know that I do live in Alaska and shipping will normally take a few days longer to get to you than if you were getting a package from the lower 48 states. Sellers from here are subject to a wait for their packages to get out of town for shipping by how many planes are flying out and how much cargo space they have on any given day. Please keep all of this in mind when leaving feedback and be fair. If you are in a huge rush for something please don't bid on my auctions because I cannot guarantee any day of arrival because of the above things I mentioned. I nearly always ship out the next business day after payment and will always email you to let you know that your item(s) have shipped. Also please know that I recycle packing materials from various places including ebay where I buy most of my packing supplies. I choose recycled bubble wrap and paper in particular. If you do not want me to use recycled materials in your package please let me know and I will use all new to wrap. I don't want unhappy customers because the package/wrappings have an oder that I have not detected and this is always possible when you recycle these types of things. I do not charge anything extra for handling or packing materials. Shipping Discounts- At least a $2 discount on each additional item purchased from me in a 7 day period, sometimes more depending on the total weight and size of box required. I always will combine your shipping to the lowest possible amount. Per ebays new guidelines insurance costs are included in the shipping price of fragile items. Payment is expected at the end of your last bid within that 7 days. Pay Pal only for payment. I try to charge shipping as closely as I can with my past experience of weight of the items and size of box required.. If you purchase several things from me, I pack them together to try to save as much on shipping as possible. I am an honest seller and I do my very best to describe my items as I see them and to the best of my ability but as I am human I can make mistakes or miss something just as everyone can.
