In order to get the shipping discount, you will need to let us know when you are finished purchasing items and then wait for our combined shipping invoice prior to paying. Ideally, we would prefer to combine shipping only on items made during a seven (7) day window.

Shipping charges are based on actual weight plus a nominal $2.00 handling charge to offset packaging materials, printer ink, labels, and any other items purchased for the auction.

We ship USPS Priority Mail, including "Flat Rate," Parcel Post, and First-Class Mail. Please check the shipping calculator for pricing and indicate your preferred method of shipping at checkout. Keep in mind that while Parcel Post is slower than Priority Mail, depending on your zone it can save quite a bit on costs.

As a "Thank You," Delivery Confirmation will also be provided free of charge on all USPS Parcel Post and First-Class Mail packages. It is already free of charge on USPS Priority Mail packages.

While most items are "insurance optional" and we take great care in packaging the item(s) to arrive safely to your door, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items should you choose not to opt for insurance.

We do ship internationally, preferring to ship to countries that have a proven track record of updating on-line Delivery Confirmation.

You must ask for shipping quotes to your country prior to bidding or we reserve the right to cancel your bid. If you have won the auction and have not previously emailed for a shipping quote to your country, you have still committed to following through with the purchase and the same rules will apply as they do to domestic buyers.

As a sidebar, colors 'may' on occasion vary between monitors, and given the nature of our descriptive verbiage, we may not quite agree on the color, i.e., it's listed as "dusty pink" and you believe it to be "mauve." Hopefully, with some good communication and the aid of pictures, our monitors can show the same. Also, we do take measurements of some items and they may not be "exact," i.e., we may put 6 1/4" vs. 6 3/8".

REFUNDS: Refund(s) only issued if item(s) intentionally misrepresented. A slight discrepancy on color or measurement, as mentioned above, is not misrepresentation. If you receive a sweater that is clearly described as "red" and it is, in fact "blue," then that would be a cause for return, or, if an item is described as "extra-large" when in fact it is a "small," that would be a cause for return. In this rare instance, item(s) must be returned to us at the buyer's expense, including shipping insurance, within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s) and a refund will be issued for only the purchase price(s). "Buyer's Remorse" or damage done by the carrier IF insurance was NOT purchased does NOT count as being intentionally misrepresented and will NOT be honored for a refund.

If one of these two things occur, it is not our fault.we did not bid and win & we did not "drop-kick" the package, like our crabby postal carrier does sometimes, onto our porch with our eBay purchases - LOL!

If insurance was purchased, all claims will need to be submitted to the USPS for reimbursement. We will be happy to help you with this in any way possible.

If your item is in fact damaged by the carrier, please email us in order to help you. Please do not file a claim against with PayPal for the damage done by the carrier ~ we package all items as we would wish to receive them and it would be an unjust filing.

In order to keep our listings VeRO compliant, we do watermark our pictures and write our own copy. If we see components of our listings "lifted," i.e., our picture(s) or language, we will report to eBay.
